Coloque 1/2 colher de chá (aprox. 2 colheres de bambu) de matcha (~1g) na tigela de matcha e humedeça com 15ml (0,5 fl oz) de água a 70ºC/160ºF. Amasse bem a mistura com o batedor de bambu até formar uma pasta homogénea. Adicione 70ml (2,4 fl oz) da água restante e misture até ficar consistente.
Ao beber, role o líquido pelo paladar para apreciar toda a anatomia do sabor do chá.
