Coloque 1/2 colher de chá (aprox. 2 colheres de bambu) de matcha (~1g) na tigela de matcha e humedeça com 15ml de água a 70ºC. Amasse bem a mistura com o batedor de bambu até formar uma pasta lisa. Adicione 70ml de água restante e misture até ficar homogéneo.
Ao saborear, role o líquido pelo paladar para apreciar toda a anatomia do sabor do chá.
