Alexander ★★★★★

Brewed this up this morning and the color alone is a vivid jade green—exactly what you want for a special treat. The bright, refreshing finish lingers nicely, and there’s a gentle sweetness that makes it feel less bitter than most matchas I've tried. Even the mellow umami balances it out perfectly w

The mellow umami is what gets me—it’s smooth without that grassy bite, and the bright finish lingers just long enough. I’ve been whisking it every morning and the vivid jade color alone makes the ritual feel special.

Brewed it for the first time this morning and the vivid jade green color alone was worth it. There's a gentle sweetness that lingers, and the finish is so clean it actually feels refreshing instead of bitter.
