The prongs are so evenly cut that the whisk glides through the hot water without a single stray bend. I’ve used it every morning for a week now, and the matcha comes out silky smooth with a nice foam layer every time.

The handcrafted bamboo prongs are so finely tapered they whip up a froth in maybe twenty seconds, even with a lazy wrist. It feels delicate but sturdy in the hand, and the smooth finish makes it a pleasure to rinse and dry. My morning matcha has never come out this velvety.

Whipped up my first bowl of matcha this morning and the tines flex just right, creating that lovely fine foam without any clumps. You can tell a lot of care went into carving each prong by hand.
